The Big Big Banting Loaf 310g
- Large, low-carb banting loaf pre- mix
- Golden flax seeds, sunflower flour, psyllium husks,
- trace of salt

Directions: You will need to add the following: • 6 eggs • 250ml buttermilk (or triple Greek yogurt) • Seeds to sprinkle over the top (optional) • Xylitol (optional - if you prefer a slightly sweet taste) Method: • Preheat your oven to 180°C • Open the contents into a large mixing bowl and mix well first • Beat together eggs and buttermilk in a seperate bowl • Fold eggs and buttermilk mixture into dry ingredients • Pour mixture into a large, well-greased loaf tin and sprinkle seeds on top of mixture • Bake for 55-60 minutes until a knife comes out clean
